The Concrete Conference is brought to you by the Concrete Industry Associations, ie:

​Concrete 1SARMA is an acronym for the Southern African Ready-mix Association. This national body represents all the reputable ready-mix companies, and is also responsible for promoting the Ready-mix industry and establishing ready-mix as the preferred construction material. 

In brief, SARMA’s purpose is to set standard and guidelines with regard to environmental, safety and quality issues. To be a member of SARMA these stringent policies must be met and adhered to. In addition, members are regularly audited against standards, which have been put in place.

 

 

​Concrete 2The Concrete Institute (TCI) is a non-profit organisation that provides a comprehensive range of technical services in concrete to the construction industry through education, information and technical advisory services.

 

 

 

​Concrete 3The Concrete Society of Southern Africa NPC (CSSA) is registered as a non-profit organisation which promotes excellence and innovation in the use of concrete and related products and services.

The Society also provides a forum for networking and technology transfer between its members and local and international affiliates.

 

 

 

​Concrete 4

Established in 1972 and based in Gauteng, South Africa, the Concrete Manufacturers Association NPC (CMA), is a trade association which promotes factory-made precast concrete products.

The CMA lobbies for best-practice technical standards in the manufacture and application of precast concrete and promotes its members and their products as trusted market leaders.
